Re: Scheduled LSH for August 18 - words of wisdom?

I sure do agree with having slip on shoes. Makes life much easier.

My other suggestion is to get up and walk around as often as possible. It will help you get "regular" again and it is also just plain good for you. I have a large bedroom and master bath, so I would get up and just walk around them for 5 minutes or so every so often. I also discovered how much I like dried prunes. I had forgotten how tasty they really are.

I'm a major water drinker, so getting enough water was not an issue for me, yea. The night nurse was amazed at how many times she refilled my water bottle. LOL!
