First Shot of Lupron $$$$$!

I too had a Lupron shot before my surgery, and was thrilled that it stopped my bleeding. I would bleed heavily every day and never left the house without a pad on. My only gripes with the Lupron were that it gave me horrible acne[boils] and insomnia. Happy to report that I now am period free, acne free, and sleeping through the night. Good Luck with your surgery.

First Shot of Lupron $$$$$!

I was also shell-shocked when I saw how much mine cost, $450 (for the 1-month kind). I posted a msg on the subject, and some ladies replied that theirs were even more expensive.

I was still on BC pills to control endo pain & bleeding at the time, I had 1 wk. left. My doc told me to finish the pack of pills, then no more. When I finished the pack, I started my period, bled for about 10 days, stopped bleeding, then started again a day later for another 10-day period from H*ll! After that, no more bleeding except for some spotting here and there.

Best wishes, and good luck!
