Ovaries: Removed both
PCOS - with no ovaries?!

Does anyone know please if you have PCOS prior to having a total hysterectomy inc removal of ovaries, do you still 'have' PCOS?

Ovaries: Removed both

PCOS is an endocrine disorder. Thus removing the ovaries is not necessarily a cure.
