Ratio of progesterone?

What is an optimum ration of estrogen to progesterone?

I'm not using the progesterone cream anymore. Those are my labs 8 weeks post-op (preserving the ovaries). I'm wondering if my peri-menopausal pattern is one of progesterone dominance. Even before surgery, my estrogen levels were in the low 100s and progesterone was hugely high (day 20 of cycle). I have reports that show it at 26. That was with no supplementation at all. Maybe I'd better find a hormone guru doctor to help me "get" all this. I'm lost!

I don't know the optimal level of estrogen to progesterone ration (for bloodwork). There is one on my old saliva tests but I don't think the saliva and bloodwork rations would be the same.
