TAH Numbness around incision

Numbness about 2 inches above my incision. Some tell me they have always had numbers after their c-section c-section. Will it always be this way?

It's still very early days for you but numbness is common particularly with an abdominal hysterectomy. However, the majority of ladies regain some if not all feeling as the nerves recover, but there are those for whom sensation never returns.

I'm 3 months post op and still don't have all feeling back. Not sure it ever will now, but I've gotten used to it.
