Pressure on vagina?

I'm one week post op (TAH). When I sit, I feel a pressure in my vagina. Does anyone else have this? I'm more comfortable laying down.
Also, when were you ladies able to sleep on your side? Still on my back.

Not sure if this is the same thing, but when I sit up, I sometimes feel like there is an orange or grapefruit right above my pubic bone. When I lie down, I feel nothing. I had my surgery on the 19th of Jan so I am almost 2 weeks post op.

I was able to lie on my side (with pillow support) by day 3 or 4 post op, but I was desperate. I usually sleep on my stomach, so being on my back was killer.
