over did it

So mad.
I had a great post op appt. Yesterday.
Dr. said I could drive.
All I did was go pharmacy! I felt so good!
30 minutes tops.store is a block away!
Got home:
Layed down for an hour when got home. Was a little soar that's it.

Then, when I got up, it started.
nausea, slight pinkish when wiped, abdomen pain.
Feel like week one.

Not looking for sympathy. I am angry that
I was underestimating my body. The reality check I got is brutal and embarrassing.

So reading, and healing is all this weekend is gonna be.
I don't want to screw this up.
Thanks did this site, I know someone actually understands and I am not alone.

You are wise to listen to your body from now on. It is strange how doing just a little too much gets back at you. I hope you feel better soon.

I went back to work too soon, so I know alll about over doing it! We are use to being super woman and it's frustrating when you can't do all the usual things. Ended up at my doctor's office on Wednesday and I have been in bed 2 days because I over did it. Glad you are listening to your body and reading all weekend. That's what I will be doing too.. Hang in there, nope, you are not alone lady.
PS. I had the nausea too! Really bad dizziness and major pain in my vaginal cuff. Ug. Guess it hits us all in a different way, but our bodies are all saying the same thing.

Two days later still soar. Ug, laying,laying,laying.
thank goodness I have some pain meds left over! Dang!
Little more bleeding on tp last night and this morning, and have had feet up!!
Rest and repeat. I have learned my lesson!!!!!!!!!!
