TVH Achness like I could start my period

I had my TVH on May 13. Over did it some yesterday by going to the store just walking around. I'm not taking any pain meds just Motrin every 8ish hours. Today I have that archness like I could start my period, which of course that isn't going to happen I still have 1 ovary so I'm not sure if that is why. Right now it would be the time for my cycle to being. Has any one experienced this before?

I had da vinci May 10 and yesterday I did a little to much and I got he same feeling of a mild period cramp.... Lay down and put your feet up. I got a good night sleep and feel better this AM. Im going to do less today so I don't get that feeling.

If you still have a fuctioning ovary, you still have a hormonal cycle.

My surgery was April 24th and I'm still a little achy down there.

I'm experiencing the same thing- my surgery was May 14, and I kept both ovaries. Thought I was losing my mind. Thanks for validation of my sanity.
