4 months after op...still feel yuck!!

Hi. I just wanted to know if how I am feeling is normal.

I had a TAH on 30th April, and things were ok at first. I lost my appetite completely, but it started to come back slowly.

Now, and for the last 2 months, I can't seem to stomach food. If I eat a meal, within a few hours, I am being sick. This is not after every meal, but happens at least once a week, if not more. I can't see there being a reason for it. I have paid attention to what food I'm eating in case it is a food intolerence, but I can't see a pattern.

I do seem to have a lot of pain in my left side (by my scar) but I'm wondering if this is being caused by being sick all the time.

I am so fed up

Tammy

Re: 4 months after op...still feel yuck!!

My heart goes out to you thhat you are still not feeling better. I think you shoould make an appt with your doctor, explain what's been going on and how you have bern feeling. Maybe get some blood work done. Something's going on if you still can't tolerate food. Don't suffer through it, ease your mind and talk to your doctor.

((HUGS)) to you
