TAH Sneezing and Coughing - OH MY!

So my husband and youngest son, got a cold, my husbands turned in pneumonia, I now have a head cold, sinus pressure, congestion, just yuck!

Needless to say, Sneezing and Coughing, I can not explain the pressure and pain I feel when I go to sneeze or cough, so I forcibly try to stop each sneeze and cough... Is there any relief from the pain? Other than a pillow or blanket up against my stomach?!?!

You can try a binder with the combination of a pillow. It helped me some. I still felt it and dreaded every time I had to cough, sneeze or laugh. Hope the binder helps

Laughing.. Oh I forgot laughing, yes tried watching a comedy that ended quickly. Ive tried them together, slight relief but not much.

Coughing pillow is a big help, but you might also go for a good cough suppressant, especially at night.
