Get your thyroid levels checked. Always being cold would be a common symptom of hypothyroidism. If that's that ails you, the meds are cheap and easily tolerated.

I'm always cold and anemic as well. My thyroid tests always come back normal but makes me wonder how accurte they are. I have adenomyosis as well which is the cause of my anemia. I just always keep some sort of hoodie/sweatshirt with me all the time.

Already went through all of that and everything is "within normal range" but thank you for the suggestion. )

Always dress is layers right?! LOL

I have a copy of my lab results so I did a little research on my own and everything is in the middle of the road as far as thyroid levels & anemia (which I was really shocked that I wasn't anemic).

My blood pressure seems fine every time I have to get it taken, but for last year maybe, I just feel so unstable and shaky-like. You brought up a good thing to ask my dr next week.

As far as my BP is concerned I have always had really good BP so I wouldn't think it would be this. But a very good question because now you make me wonder, I go back in for a follow up this week so I am going to ask her what my BP has been at my appts. Good thought!
