Castle in six days, but am bleeding lots!

Bleeding during Surgery -- this was covered in the Hyster Sister book. Says its not a problem. They just give you a big pad to put down there before you go in . Says it makes the surgery messier but not harder to do.

Thanks for your words of support. I spoke with them today, and unless I faint or do anything stupid, I should just take it easy till my pre op appointment. MAborn, you reminded me that I too am anemic (always have been) and in addition to fluids the doc said I should do bed rest. I am trying, but DH and I are getting the nest ready for when I come back.... he is being wonderful.

So, on to clean a couple more rooms....

It's hard when AF is so intense... my last one seemed to be coming at me with a vengence... when they checked my blood afterwards, I had a low count. I know it's hard, but really try not to overdo it... try to rest as much as you can, you need your strength to recover after thursday! If it doesn't get done, it's not the end of the world.... you will make it. Focus on your recovery room... worry about the rest later. Best of luck, you'll be in my prayers
