Besides a pathology & operative report, what type of report(s) should I ask to see after my surgery?

Those are the two reports I got from the hospital. I also my ultrasound and MRI reports from my regular doc.

I just got my pathology and OR reports also. I did not have to pay for them, my doctor printed them out for me. You should also be able to obtain them from Medical Records at your hospital. They don't charge for this in Canada.

Same with me. I just asked for the reports and they were given to me for free. I would be really surprised if they charged you.

It says step by step what happened during your surgery. Mine was very brief.
