On saggy skin

I had my procedure almost 8 weeks ago, went from having an almost flat stomach to looking like a saggy 5 months pregnant. Has been getting me down although I know it's normal. I used to sell the It Works products but discontinued due to personal discrepancies. One thing I liked were the wraps, they helped a ton but I'm unwilling to pay the money for them. That said, remembering some success in went looking for a diy to try. Last night I grabbed coconut oil and slathered my saggy parts then wrapped my belly tightly, though not uncomfortably tight, in saran wrap, put on snug shirt and pants to hold it in place then grabbed some water and laid in bed for an hour. When I unwrapped the belly wasn't gone but the sagging was reduced.
I have found a lot of good info on this site and if this helped for me then maybe it can work for others, I can't guarantee. If you try please only do once your incision is completely healed. -H

Re: On saggy skin

Hello there

Definately do not get discouraged. You are recovering from major surgery and are still healing. It takes time. Take walks. Do those small things that are going to make a difference if it is to change your eating habits. Drink lots of water.

Great insight with the coconut oil. It sounds like a great start. Keep us up to date on it.
One day at a time and take care of you! *hugs*
