LAVH Gassy but moving!

Hello gals... Well, seeing the light. Surgery yesterday am. Doc said my uterus beat him up (he's very funny!) took twice as long as expected...told my uterus weighed 780 grams (normal is 70grams)
Other than the gas pains, I would be feeling really good...no meds, just motrin and gas ex!
I was out patient, so all going well so far....best of luck with your recoveries!

Sounds like you are doing well. Hope things continue that way.

The gas was worst part of my recovery! Once it got moving out (took a week) I started feeling better.

Yes, the gas is by far the worst of the pain....not what I expected at all!... I've never been so excited to "toot" in my life! Still waiting for my first bm, taking stool softeners and had a cup of coffee this am... Small bowl of cereal....waiting.....
