TLH 1 week post surgery

It was the grocery store but I had the small cart and my hubby pushed it once it got 1/2 full. The ride is what killed me.

Oh I need to try that asap! It hurts bad and it's hard. I've been using prep H and tucks pads but it's not relieving it. I will try that. Thank u!
