Bleeding after stitches have come out?

Hi all, on Sunday I had a small amount of blood, wiped and low and behold there were quiet a few stitches on my tissue. Since then I have noticed bleeding (on my tissue) whenever I go to the toilet.

Is this something to worry about or is it normal? Please share your experience.
