Aching after going to the mall
Hi ladies
I went to the mall with my husband for about an hour,cause I had to pay some bills and needed to get out of the house, but now my legs, back, vagina and tummy feel a little achy. Has this happened to anyone?

I get this too, mostly in my lower abdomen. It's my cue to back off and rest a bit.

Yup! You are early in your recovery. Listen to you body. It sure will let you know when you have had enough and need to rest!
