This is my first day alone with my recovery. I am cutting coupons and just had to share that I SKIPPED RIGHT OVER THE MAXI PADS AND TAMPONS!! WOO HOO! DO NOT NEED THOSE ANYMORE!

I gave mine all away to my sister!!!!!! She was happy and sad at the same time!!! She needs a hyst but doesn't have insurance.

That is a good idea! I am sorry to hear about your sister not having insurance. I have been getting the statements on how much this surgery would have cost me and there is no way I could have afforded it!

I've moved mine to a high shelf in my guest bath for the sake of guests that might get caught without their supplies....except a few that went in the first aid kit (they're great for pressure bandages, providing padding for arm slings and several other first aid needs)

One of my doctor's other hyst patients made her a tampon tree as a Christmas gift. She made them into ornaments that are paper-mâché looking. Priceless!
