Cyst on right ovary 8 months post-op--scared. (childbirth mentioned)

I had twin girls on September 19th, 2011 via c-section. I came home, five days later. Two days later, I hemorraghed and ended up in the ER with emergnecy abdominal hysterectomy surgery. I had something called placenta accreta, where my placenta wrapped around my uterus. I had over 8 blood transfusions, plasmas and platelets. It has been such an emotional roller coaster for me. I still have both of my ovaries, but my uterus was removed. It took a long time to recover from both surgeries.

I was doing well in February, but had some pain on my right ovary. We found it was ovulating. I had it again same time following month in March. Then recently in May, I had check up, I had normal FSH level and estrogens. However, my white blood cell count was low and I am tired, but I am running after 3 kids.

I had pain went, in for an ultrasound Monday, May 14th.
Doctor found a "typical" cyst near ovary, an ovulation cyst.
However, I still have pain and it is almost a week later. Tomorrow I am having an ultrasound. Can anyone shed some light on this? I am always so scared since I almost bled to death...sorry to be so detailed. xo

Cysts are pretty common (and can be so painful!). I don't think you should worry, but it's good your dr is taking your pain seriously and following it so closely. Hugs!
