Ok, I have a dumb question. Prune juice was a Godsend during my first weeks at home with BM. Now at week 6 I find I am having more difficulty with BM and I have not drank prune juice.
What is the life span of prune juice once opened? Think it's been opened for 3 weeks now.....is it good to still drink?
(it is not from concentrate, no perservatives)

I would say a week to ten days. What's that saying: when in doubt through it out.. Just buy somemore.

that is an easy resolve...hee hee, my few trips to the store have to be light in weight to carry up the stairs and well...this is just one item I keep forgetting to purchase, dang...I have a full jug too...

i've been drinking this new drink called "plum start" it says on the bottle "for good digestion" I'm not a big prune juice fan.

I think it keeps a while. They usually pasteurize all that stuff anyways. If it doesn't taste fermented, I think you're good to go.
