back pain after partial hysteroctomy

I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and I having pain in my lower back. My doctor gave me some muscle relaxers. Has anyone experienced this after surgery. Also, I had the Divinchi surgery I still have my fallopian tubes and Cervix. Should I still have monthly periods? and it is possible to still get pregnant?

Back pain is pretty normal. Your uterus was removed so there is no way for you to have a period. The lining of the uterus sheds when you have a period, and that causes the bleeding.

Ok thank you I read getting worried that I didn't realize this is typical after this surgery.
