took the trash out....now paying 4 it

So im 4 days post op, ive been feeling great. Until....the trash truck was coming down the street and I see my can is not out there so Igently pulled it to the street. Now im very concerned cuz i have pain where i didnt before and had to take pain meds again. Oh boy I hope I didnt screw anything up!! :/

Oh my!! Do be careful and don't do anything like that!! Take your pain meds, lay down and do nothing for the rest of the day except for maybe walking around your home every now and then. Hopefully after resting all day you will feel better tomorrow!!!

Great advice Shelby. My dh took the trash out. I ended up bringing in the empty can only because it is sooo windy out. Luckily it is light. Victoria be sure to rest!

Well its been a couple days since I took out the trash, the next day I was no longer in pain. But wow when the docs say take it easy, theres definetly resons why. Didnt figure that a lil chore would cause pain. Now I know TAKE IT EASY lol
