Belly still leaking

I have had lap surgery to remove ovaries tubes and appendix. It was a hard recovery for me at first as i had an infection in my belly incision had awful pain. I just finished a 7 day antibiotic and finally have no pain and moving forward. One thing that i just dont understand and cant get an answer to is why my belly is constantly discharging. I know it has only been 2 weeks post op but i am feeling so much better and i almost think my belly is just loaded with fluid that needs to be drained. Any help is appreciated. My doc said my incisions look good. But i still need to keep a tissue on it to absorb fluid. It doesnt actually pour out just weeps. Ugh! Im a very impatient patient
