Muscle Aches - other body parts?

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing muscle aches in other areas from over compensating for pain in abs? Or from sleeping in the same position? I have sore thigh muscles and a sore left wrist with numbness in my fingers...like my carpal tunnel is acting up. I can feel the wrist pain up to mid-forearm and it's definitely something pinched/sore muscle. I think I've been sleeping on it alot, not sleeping freely like I normally do.

Re: Muscle Aches - other body parts?

Yes, sore hips, sore back, sore thighs. I know back is be from sleeping on back so much and I'm thinking hips and legs are from walking funny. I have long legs and usually take long strides but have been baby stepping it for weeks now. Plus if I don't have my handy grabber with me I'm bending with my knees and hips rather than waist.

Re: Muscle Aches - other body parts?

Glad it's not just me. I put some ice on my wrist and it seems to have already reduced the pain, swelling and numbness. My wrists have always given me trouble! Hope you feel better soon!

Re: Muscle Aches - other body parts?

My muscle and joint aches continued until I opted to go on the Vivelle .0375 patch. I had no other symptoms of menopause except for restless sleep. The patch helped both almost immediately. Best of luck.

The restless sleep is also driving me nuts! I hope that clears up soon.
