nausea and dizziness nine months post hysterectomy

Is it because of hormone imbalance? How common are nausea and dizziness. I also have headaches. What should I do?

Call and go to doctor soon.It could be ear or sinus infection, causing vertigo and therefor the nausea. But dizziness isn't something to mess around with because of potential falls etc. Especially if the headaches are severe, go quickly. Pay attention to things like and tell them ; Where is the headache pain, forhead, back of neck, etc. Vision changes? Is it better or worse if you lean forward or turn your head? Overall what helps or makes it worse? Have you checked your blood pressure? If you can check it sitting then lay down 5 minutes and check it again while laying.If you are getting dizzy upon standing sit or stand up then check it again. Write the readings down. Anything that seems out of the norm for you, tell them,
