LAVH 14 days post op

Started bleeding heavily yesterday (ruined my favorite comfy pants) with big clots and horrible pain in left lower pelvic region went to doc and he did internal exam and said everything was fine he didn't see bleeding(it had stopped by then)said maybe I had infection so he put me on antibiotic and told me to stay off feet as much as possible next few days. Well I woke up last night soaked in blood again and severe pain on left side that radiated down into leg and today there is always blood when I use restroom but not heavy so I haven't called doc I go back on Thursday anyway I'm just worried anyone with a similar circumstance have any advice?

Please call your doctor now! Bleeding that fills a pad in one hour is putting you at risk. If you can't get hold of your doctor, please go to the ER. Please keep us posted.

I'm not bleeding heavily now. It comes and goes, and yesterday they checked my vaginal cuff and said all the stitches were fine. The pain on my left side is constant though. Will call doc if I start bleeding heavily again, my left side pain is what's bothering me the most today, it hurts to walk
