I feel confused and don't know what to think and do?

I was having alot of uterine bleeding. I ended up with a biopsy done,and then had to get a DNC done right away. My Gyno told me of a doctor she recommended ,she felt i need to get a Hysterectomy asap. To try and make a long story short,i don't have a car nor anyone in the house does. Hard to find anyone to take me places as it is,and the special doctors are a hr or so away. I did do a transportation shuttle which cost $75 dollars,cause the one i do go with didn't go certain days. I ended up seeing the doctor she told me to see one of his associates. I am diagnosed with hyperplasia with atypia,now as far as i know i don't have cancer. But the history in my family is high. I am very over weight,and the doctor i did see said i need to loose weight first. I can get the robotic surgery done,which i am thinking of. Hormone pills are a risk he feels for me,due to i also have with my legs severe venostasis. He is as with other doctors the risk factor of clots,,that can come with taking hormone pills. Now the original Doctor i was to see,i am going to work to see him. I feel he would maybe help and five me more information on what i need. So the Question i have is. Have any of you felt you keep getting a run around? Have you been scared knowing what can happen if this is left alone? And what did you do or go threw? I feel a hysterectomy will be my only hope. I do worry of my weight to be a problem getting it done,but he said i could get that done now. If i had the robotic hysterectomy done. The other way would be more difficult and he couldn't do it with my weight being a problem. :/ I feel so mixed right now i want to cry and scream.

It sounds like you have complex hyperplasia with atypia, and a davinci hysterectomy is the suggested plan. Am I understanding that correctly? That diagnosis is considered precancer and a hysterectomy is very often the treatment plan. It sounds like maybe a Dr has discussed hormonal treatment with you as well, but there are contraindications? Some Dr's will try hormonal treatments but if you don't qualify for that, then hysterectomy would be the usual plan. Is seeing a GYN oncologist a possibility for you? They are the cancer/precancer experts. I know it can be confusing especially when transportation is an issue. If you can see a GYN onc, that might be helpful. If not, perhaps writing out what you need clarified about your treatment options would help at your appt. Do you have a surgery date set, or are you going for another consult? Thank you for responding!! I am going to go see the doctor i was to see in the first place. I am going to make a appointment with him,and get his info. He is a gynecologist oncology specialist,and he does have a recorded of doing the Robotic Hysterectomy. Yes i have other problems that is of concern to put me on Hormone pills. I think sometimes you can feel over whelmed from all of this. I guess i feel like i am walking around like a ticking time bomb. The doctor i did see was also a gynecologist oncology,but he isn't informed enough to use the Robot for surgery. I think what happened is everything got off track,and i ended up seeing the doctor i was to see. His assistant per say,and i didn't feel informed enough after my DNC, So i think that is why i feel so confused and some what lost a bit. I am going to write things down as i go,so i can understand things more. It might be the doctor i had wasn't understand me,as i wasn't him too.
