Feeling crappy

Tonite is not a good night. Started cramping up bad this afternoon, but being the trooper that I am.. resisted taking a pain pill til I got home. Stupid move.. now having trouble getting the pain under control. Took a hot bath and tried to soak. Oh and lets throw in very emotional.

If they were to say "c'mon over and have it taken out now...." I would be on my way in a new york minute. I want it out... out...out.

Not sure why I am so emotional tonite, except that I am getting close to ovulation. It also does not help that my SO is not quite understanding that me being quiet etc does not mean I am upset with him or anyone else. Also, somehow he does not quite grasp that hurt = no sex. Not that I dont find him sexy, or desirable, I just simply want nothing even coming near me in that way right now.

TraceyLyn,

Sweetie, you are going through the normal up-and-down emotions all us Hyster Sisters experienced pre-surgery. It is tough. Waiting for surgery is really hard.

And...your SO?? I think he is really trying to say, "I Love You" and let me show you.

And, as a woman in pain, you see it differently. So...maybe give him a second chance. I had the same thing with my DH in pre-op. It can drive you crazy!! Down boy!!!!

And, I am having it now in post-op. "No...we still have to wait. I have to see the Dr. for my 6-week exam first."

Men...gotta love them!!

Feeling crappy

Feeling a bit better this morning... Ended up taking 2 pain pills, my SO held me last night while I slept and was very attentive this morning. Still hurting, but atleast I dont feel like I am on the edge of a nervous breakdown right now.

hang on

I know what you mean, though I have the most supportive DH it still is hard on a relationship. They try to understand but I think it is just impossible for them to truely get it . I dread my surgery, but I looking forward to painless sex. Good luck with your surgery and God Bless. Soon we will all be back to normal.
