Lumpy forever?

Here is a question: what shape will my body be?? My uterus has been at 18-20-22 week pregnancy size for over two years.

My doctor just kind of shrugged her shoulders when I asked her, and suggested I lose weight. Okay, good idea, but I am concerned about permanent distension of my abdominal wall. Four years ago, I had my left kidney removed because of a 17 cm cyst (uterus is bigger!) and I have a noticeable palpable lump left behind. I have a waist on my right side, and a lump on the other. CT scan and radiologist interpretation is that it's due to a splayed muscle.

I am afraid of a similar lumpy result after the hysto.
