Free Fluid in Pelvis?

Hi! Not sure if I should post this here. But my MRI shows that I have a small amount of free fluid in my pelvic area? Has anyone had this? My doctor just said they are not positive what its from. But just wondering if anyone else has had this and what it was or what causes it. Can it be normal in some people to always have that? Thanks so much!

About 5 years ago I had some terrible abdominal pain. I missed about a month of work off and on because of it. My test showed pelvic fluid when I finally got the tests back. Took a week to get into dr. office and a week to get results back. They told me that it was most likely due to a cyst rupturing and that would be causing the pain. The pain would subside as the fluid was absorbed.
