Anyone ever had this to happen??

Ok, so I went for my 2nd opinin and pre-op yesterday. The doctor checked me both vaginally and rectally. I have a prolapsed uterus and a bulge to be repaired in between my bladder and rectum. In the middle of the night last night I started to have extreme pain on my right side, it's like a throbbing, sore feeling. Do you think that could be from my check up? Or, should I call a doctor. I am freaking out thinking it's appendicitis, but it could just be nerves among everything else. Thanks!!

It could be an ovary as well....maybe you could wait and see if it comes back? I wouldn't think that appendicitis would just stop. I would call if it happens again.
