10 weeks post op and another surgery!

YEP, another surgery!!! I developed a hematoma on the left side of my stomach. We waited to see if it would go away on its own, but no luck! I've also developed another cyst on my right ovary, so I'll be having it removed as well as my right Fallopian tube. I'm SUPER depressed!

I am so sorry you are going through this. That is indeed depressing! Its hard mind, body, and soul. I too had to have a second surgery just 5 months after my SAH. (had cervix removed...another abdominal incision...plus stuff done down below as well to remove it. It was a hard 2 hour surgery. It should have been easy) Surgery once is hard on your body, but having it done twice so close together is really stressful.
So you are losing your remaining ovary, right? I am so sorry. How will they have to do the surgery? I guess this will mean HRT, right?
When is it scheduled for? I wish the best for you! Let us know!

I am so sorry you have to undergo more surgery. Can you let us know how things go? Also what are the signs and symptoms of a hematoma so that we all can be on the lookout. Best wishes

I will still have one ovary, I won't do HRT, for me the side effects outweighs the benefits. This surgery will be laparoscopic.
