bleeding 3 months out????

I all of the sudden had this bright red bleeding at 3 mo. post-op. I haven't had any bleeding since day 2 post op - none at all. I do have a cough and I had just had a BM, but..... I am on estrogen and progesterone and have my cervix but no ovaries. I couldn't have a mini period if my progesterone level hadn't dropped, could I? It happened just after 5 pm or I would have just called the Dr. Now I have to wait until tomorrow - unless it gets really heavy, then I guess I'll go to the ER.

Has anyone had this happen???

Re: bleeding 3 months out????

Hi there, i had this around the 11/12 week mark, bright red spotting. Had it checked out the next day with an internal and told just a raw edge on the vaginal cuff and to take it extra easy for the next week. I did and no more spotting. Sure spooked me though as i thought i was beyond that stage :-)

I'm glad you're getting it checked out, make sure you let us know how you get on.

Re: bleeding 3 months out????

Definitely see the doc tomorrow and the ER tonight if you start bleeding more. It could be several things, but no need to panic. Please keep us posted.
