mon will be day 15 what am I now allowed to do
Ladies, don't get me wrong, not like I feel like doing jumping jacks. Just going to the grocery store with bf wears me out. I feel like I should be able to do some stretching exercises or something so my stomach doesn't turn into total mush. My back actually hurt today when arising from sleep this am, guess the old arthritis has kicked right back in. I am still draining a bit every day, totally grosses me out. No major pain, some on my left side but I have always had pain on my left side. 5 days w/o estrogen no noticable signs yet, though I have increased my calcium and am now taking fish oil. so back to topic can I take a long walk, go to the winery go out for the night (no dancing of course), I have no interest in sex, which is very odd, but I think it is a fear factor. can arch on my big ball I feel stiff in the bones and jiggly in the middle.

At 2 weeks I was told just a little walking around the house and then a little outside IF it was on a level surface (no steps or hills). I wasn't allowed to drive until after 4 weeks.
Take it easy! It isn't a race!

Tammy, remember you are still very early in the healing stages. It is still very easy to over-do because you think you should be able to be doing more (a lot of us have been there!). Rest, don't worry about the lack of sex drive (especially since you can't do that for awhile anyway), take care of yourself. My doc was very specific at what I could do and not do- this included no stretching, no lifting, slow walks. Since you have arthritis I would call your surgeon or your regular doctor and ask what you can be doing.
Good luck to you and don't forget to let your body heal!

that make me sad, i am so bored and alone most of the time. I can't stand it. Even the computer bores me now. I have to go back to work 3 days before four weeks but I teach so I should be ok, if I have built up some strenght to stay awake all dayl
