Ten weeks and I think I did too much???

I was doing really well and then I did some lifting...taking in all of the porch and patio furniture...STUPID...now my stomach feels bigger, more draggy and sore. Has anyone else done this and if so will this get better and how long does it take???

Sounds like you may have overdid it a bit. The body does have a way of telling us when we overdo, one of the ways being swelling and pain. Be sure and get some rest and if not's better by tomorrow I would give the doctor a call. Though I doubt you have done serious damage to yourself by moving lawn furniture, it is always best to be safe than sorry.

Yes, sounds like you've both overdone it! We really must remember we aren't at least not right now!

I feel hung over today myself. I had a 3 day car trip (18 hours) for a funeral. Doc said it was ok but gave specific rules (breaks every 2 hours with walking). Anyhow, it's as if I drank a fifth of something and then ran into a wall. BLAH today! So gonna coast today and tomorrow before I try to get ambitious again!

Best wishes ~

Ten weeks and I think I did too much???

I will be 6 weeks Tuesday and went for my follow up visit Friday, I wasn't healed totally and she used the silver nitrate and said I had a grandular spot. (Dont know what that is) I feel much better after that, all the pulling and spotting have almost stopped now. She told me i was released to do whatever I wanted to except SEX for 2 more weeks (poor DH) But after that exam and the burning I wouldn't have let DH near me. Have to go back in 2 weeks for her to check to see if I am healed. I cleaned house some yesterday and helped DD wash clothes. Went to grocery and by night I was wiped out but this morning am feeling much better. I think as women we tend to feel like we have to do everything now and we wear ourselves out. Sorry this is so long.
