face breaking out 3 weeks post-op

5 + months out now and this week I have gotten really bad breakouts. Theses are not just little bumps. These are deep and sore, and not very "productive." Jaw, chin, temples, scalp, cheeks, and one now starting on my outer lower eyelid ...never had one there before! These seem to be coming from within, under the skin and not because of dirt or oil. I was going to take the suggestion and get some "good" anti-acne product, if I can find one that is affordable tomorrow at the store. I do not have my ovaries, so this isn't coming from them waking up! I have always had monthly complexion trouble my whole life, but now after hyst and at 50 this is just too much!!! What really works?

folky, maybe a trip to the dermatologist is in order until your skin calms down. You don't want to get scarring. He can give you something strong enough to take care of things. Good luck with it!
