LAVH Post-op day 4 - Do any of you ladies still get PMS

Hi ladies l just underwent a LAVH.
l chose to keep my ovaries.
I was wondering if l could still suffer from PMS?
I don't know how to change my details to indicate my change from TAH Both ovaries to LAVH keeping ovaries, any clues?
Surgery went so well, l am so happy!

I had my H on March 25, 2013 and it is now 6-22-2013, both ovaries removed and a few days ago I made brownies and craved liverwurst. Both were indications for me that I had PMs but recent tests showed that my hormones were in menopause mode.

Yes if you have your ovaries you can expect to continue ovulating and therefore experience your usual PMS symptoms each month. I still have my symptoms every month.

To change your profile: click on the "Members" tab at top of page. Then click "Member Survey" from the drop down menu. Change the answers on your survey regarding your surgery type. Make sure to click "Send Answers" at the bottom to save your changes.

Thanks ladies, managed to update my profile. I am not telling my husband l will still get pms , he calls me grumpy at the best of tims.. He can figure it out for himself after l eat his chocolate stash. LOL
