Post op appt today

I am nervous about my post op appt today to the point I cannot sleep. I am ready to go back to work and my husband is ready to resume "adult activity"( we are newlyweds). For a few days I had minor back pain but I think that was from mild constipation I had. I took 2 colace and pain went away.. I have been taking colace once a week and 2 tsp of miralax to make sure I'm still regular. I was able to pick up my 20pound niece yesterday and not feel anything. That meant the world to me to be able to do that. I am able to walk 5 blocks without any issues. I want clearance to start doing yoga and my weight training again.. I haven't been doing it due to the constant stomach muscles that would be used. I think I healed completely but I know it's intimately up to my surgeon. *fingers crossed * ladies and I know you will be with me during my appointment. I will post the results once I get them. Thank you for being apart of my healing source.. If I hadn't found this group I do not know what I would be doing right now.

Tayko, how did your post op appointment go? The post op appt can cause a lot of anxiety! Hoping it went well and you're cleared for all activities!
