what happens if we do accidentally lift something?

In an adrenaline rush today, I pulled off my 45 pound dog from the other dog when they got into a scrap and I picked the naughty boy up off the floor by the scruff of his neck.
I didn't have pain then, but was in the moment.

I was on my way to the couch anyway. When I got back up after 2 hours, I was having some pretty significant pain and felt terrible. Took 1/2 percocet and now the pain is much better.

What does it do to us on the inside if/when we accidentally lift like that?

I do not know! But I do know that you are newly post op I would rest rest rest. I know you may feel Aok but weird things happen sometimes.

I would call the Dr. you can pop stitches. I slipped off the running board of the truck trying to get in it and I popped stitches and was bleeding.

I would call the Dr and let him/her know and just see what he/she says
