lower back pain, 4 months post op

I am 4 months post op after a LAVH and I am still having lower back pain. It feels like my tailbone is broken. Has anyone else experienced this? How long will it last? I have a hard time getting up from a sitting position because of this.

I had surgery the same day as you did (TAH) and I experience lower back pain also and have discomfort in my left leg. In my case, I am just firguring this is do to needing to visit the chiropractor. I used to go there before my surgery as needed. I also have problems getting up after sitting and feel very stiff lots of times. I'm not sure of the reason for this, but found if I take ibuprofen it will help the discomfort.

I had surgery 6 months ago and also experience this lower back pain. My dr doesn't know why I have it. I think it is related to the surgery and it will probably get better with time. I hope so.
