Re: Help... Laying on bathroom floor...

OH NO, I finished the second half of the mag citrate liquid and just took the 4 laxatives, but I have two errands I have to do tomorrow before I show up at the Castle. My poo needs to stop tonight.............

Re: Help... Laying on bathroom floor...

It's so comforting to know my sisters go thru so many of the same things!

The enema turned out not so bad. Getting onto and off of the floor was a challenge tho LOL!

Good luck to everyone with the bathroom floor in their future!

*hugs*

Re: Help... Laying on bathroom floor...

Holy crap. What's all this about an enema and laying on the bathroom floor? I am 3 weeks out and I know I am supposed to "evacuate" the day before, but I thought they gave you something to do that.

Re: Help... Laying on bathroom floor...

Hello mariuche... it really depends on the kind of surgery and your doctor ... some have the full flush (drink the golightly stuff), some partial flush (enema) and some no flush at all.. you will probably find out which you will have when you go for your pre-op appt.... Good luck to all..

Re: Help... Laying on bathroom floor...

And then there are some doctors that don't require a bowel cleanse like in my case. However, I have a regular BM (I know sorry TMI) regularly every morning at the moment which I think is due to the Iron pills I am taking.

Re: Help... Laying on bathroom floor...

As far as we all should be concerned, there is never TMI. We are all big girls. I'm pretty regular too, but, in my own time. I have a clock too! I will be sure to ask. I have it on my now growing list of questions to ask.

I sure am glad some smart woman started this site for us. Yay!
