Fourth day home

Today is my fourth day home from the hospital and I feel GREAT!! I hope that everyone else is a lucky as I am. My surgery was Thursday late afternoon. Was up and walking by 10:00 pm and really have felt a lot better than I thought I would. I have a lot of help at home, but still feel that I can do some things. I have stop when I feel tired and I haven't been bleeding much at all. I go Friday for my one week check up and hope that all is going well.

you just totally helped my anxiety. I am so glad you are feeling.
I was really scared about how I'd feel afterward.
just got off the phone with my surgeon, will post what he said soon.

Remember your rigorous Hyster Sisters training. Drink your water, take your meds, go for short walks (if you drink enough water, those walks will take care of themselves ) and rest ..... repeat as necessary.

I'm having a lap/vag assist also. But why the bladder lift? Is it common to have that done or did you medically need it???

I needed it. I thought it was normal for all mothers to leak urine when they coughed, laughed, sneezed or jumped on a trampoline, but I guess not. LOL
