Orgasm = Good + Painful Pinching Feeling

I am wondering if anyone can share anything similar or any wisdom.

What I am experiencing is that when I have an orgasm, it is good, but there is also a painful pinching sensation about level with the top of the pubic bone and off to one side. If I press on that area hard other times, I can feel a little bit of discomfort, and if I press on it during orgasm, it reduces the painful pinching sensation somewhat. It only feels like that at the moment of orgasm, the rest of sex feels fine....but I hate it messing up the main event!!!!

We started having sexual relations right at 6 weeks, and this started at about 9 weeks, and has been happening every time ever since. It has not lessened nor increased.

My guess is scar tissue.

I have had no prior surgeries and no pregnancies. It had to have been caused by this surgery. I think my surgeon was not particularly skilled, and not particularly skilled with the type of surgery (SAH) that I had.

Also, I know that scar tissue/adhesions just happen.

My husband (RN) suggests frequently massaging that area, which might help scar tissue over time.
