No Date: Hysterectomy and lupus

Hello,
I want the least invasive hysterectomy possible. I've had two troublesome c-sections, one of which I almost had to have an emergency hysterectomy due to bleeding. I have adhesions from those surgery's. Is it possible for me to have a vaginal hysterectomy? I have my pre-op appointment on the 16th of December. Also, are there any questions I should ask? A vaginal hysterectomy might seem like the least invasive, but the surgeon has to use pretty large clamps to keep the surgical field visible and this method might cause more trauma than if you have a Robotic assisted or laproscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy. The laparoscope allows them to work from above the cervix and gives the surgeon more visibility. The uterus is then removed through the vagina.
