Flu like symptoms 3 week post op

I am three week post op and concerned because I feel worse now than I have the entire time post op. I am achy all over and although I don't really have a headache, my head feels like it is in a fog. Just in general do not feel well. I am not running a fever so I have not called the doctor. This is going on the third day to feel this way so I am beginning to wonder if I should call the doctor or is this normal recovery? Any advice ladies?

Are you generally one to run fever with infections or illnesses? I just ask because I generally don't unless its gotten really bad.
I think you might should call just to check in. That doesn't hurt. It may be nothing at all, but getting some info about it all won't hurt either.
