lumpy scar tissue?

hi i was wondering
if any of you sisters have the same thing as me, well on my left side on my scar feels hard and i feel a lump it hurts sometimes but its more uncomfortable really. the other side is fine, i did pull the side where the lump is just over a week ago which was really painfull any ideas as to what it is and does anyone else suffer the same ????????????????????

You are still pretty much in the first healing stages, the lumpiness will fade away over time. I had my surgery 10 weeks ago and still have lumpy parts and on my right side still gets sore. On your next appt. I would bring this up to your dr. and if the pain gets worse I would call. best of luck and lots of hugs. And I have found that on days that I do alot my incision still gets really tender, so when it starts getting to you, stop what you are doing and relax. Your body could be telling you something.

Did you have a laprascopic procedure? I did and my left incision has a lump as well, but my Dr. told me that was the incision that she pulled everything out of, so it would be more painful and more scarring.
