LAVH 9 weeks post hysterectomy - vaginal spasms

Hi sisters,
I'm 9 weeks post op and a week ago started experiencing painful muscle spasms in my vag and lower pelvis. I also experience pain just prior to having to go pee. My kidney area is also sore in the mornings. I should say that the painful bladder and the muscle spasms don't happen at the same time. The muscle spasms are usually whenever I'm going upstairs, doing keagles, rolling over or just plain getting into bed. Very annoying!
Anyone else experiencing anything like this?

Have you been checked for a UTI? If not, maybe you should go have it checked out.
