Post-Op do's & don'ts

Has anyone found a good printable do's and don'ts list for after surgery? I've looked on this wonderful website and am probably just overlooking it. I found the pre-op but no list for after it's over. I'm having a TAH BSO in about 6 weeks and I'm trying to be totally prepared. This website is a God send.
