4 days post hysterectomy: Steri Tape Strips

I am 4 days post-op and my tape is starting to fall off (4 small incisions). It this ok? No seeping and no pain in the area. My 1st chech-up is on Monday.

It's fine The steri strips fall off after a few days. You can cover the incisions if you want, so the threads don't get caught on your clothes. Just make sure the incisions are clean and dry before you put a band-aid on. Happy Healing to you!

They should just fall off when ready. In my case my doc stitched from the inside, sorheyrw not visible outside, glued the incisions on the outside and then covered them with tape. I was instucted to take the tape off on post op day 2 and just let the incisions breathe, no coverings or oils etc.
